Welcome[edit]

Hello Killfetzer! Welcome to the wiki. I hope you enjoy using the site and find the information on it useful. If you decide you want to help improve any of our pages, we're always welcoming to new editors so feel free. You might want to look at our Getting Started page for some tips on how to begin, then play in our Sandbox for a while to practice. If you need any help or advice, please ask one of our mentors. Enjoy! --RpehTCE 05:58, 9 October 2007 (EDT)

I'm glad you understood my welcome on Deepfighter's page. I think I'm going to use a Germanglish-type language for dealing with both of you. Sound good? So, Wilkommen to the Unofficial Elder Scroll Seiten. --Somercy 10:41, 12 October 2007 (EDT)
I think Willkommen auf den Inoffiziellen Elder Scrolls Seiten would be perfect. But yours is well enough. Thank you :) --Killfetzer 10:44, 12 October 2007 (EDT)
Na ja. Ich mache nur was ich kann. Also, it's gut to see you guys (gals?) hier. --Somercy 10:50, 12 October 2007 (EDT)

Wow, you're fast...[edit]

I was about to tell you about the new Userbox I just made for you, but evidently you've noticed. I just fixed the category so it shows up with the other nationality categories on the site. Anyhow, welcome, and enjoy. --TheRealLurlock Talk 10:31, 12 October 2007 (EDT)

Thanks. But you're fast, too. I couldn't correct the mistake in the category by myself. You'd allready erased it. --Killfetzer 10:40, 12 October 2007 (EDT)
Yeah, I wasn't expecting anybody to notice I'd made the Userbox so quickly, I got an edit-conflict with you when creating the category to go with it. It's all about the old Copy/Paste. Just copied one of the other category pages and changed the country to Germany. Do you think Deepfighter might want a Swedish one too? Not sure if we have any other Swedish users here, and he's just living there, so it might not be needed. I just noticed that we had two new members from Germany, so it was worth creating a box for. --TheRealLurlock Talk 11:24, 12 October 2007 (EDT)

Wow![edit]

You have been given a cookie!

Your dedication and diligence to the wiki has not gone unnoticed. A user has seen the progress you've made, and has given you a cookie because of it. Good work! The user had the following to say:

As Paul McCartney once said: "I'm inspired with a new faith in mankind". That's a bloody brilliant map and I thank you for inspiring me to improve ours! rpeh •TCE 22:52, 8 October 2010 (UTC)

Morrowind Tiles[edit]

What settings did you use to generate the Morrowind water tiles? I can't reliably get a usable output - one machine generates normal tiles at the moment and the other generates greyish water, but I can't tell what the difference is. rpeh •TCE 06:24, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

I used the Morrowind.ini. You must change the entry World Alpha in the [Water]-Section. The standrad value is 0.75. When you set it to 0 youn have no water in the map tiles an if you set it to 1 you have intransparent water. --Killfetzer 11:37, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
That's what I tried, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'll try again later. Thanks. rpeh •TCE 12:41, 30 October 2010 (UTC)

Unsigned comment on Serpent's Bluff Redoubt page[edit]

I see you've marked it unsigned, as I forgot to sign it, so I went back to sign it with the usual 4 tildes, and the preview just showed the tildes and not my signature. I have post-signed things before, so is there any reason it won't work this time? Peterguard 13:30, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

Actually I have no idea. I just saw an unsigned comment and signed it. I can't think of a reason why it should not work. The 4 tildes are universal wiki code and should work whereever you want. Killfetzer 14:48, 27 February 2012 (UTC) As you can see, I can sign my post two times. --Killfetzer 14:48, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

OK, never mind then (I had to return to sign my first comment here, and that worked fine as well). It shall remain a mystery. Thanks!
