Irrelevant notes[edit]

I figure the irrelevant notes contiuously being added to this template is because people edit it via the edit section link next to the Notes header in any article that transcludes this page. Does anyone have an idea to make clear that this notes section is for Journal Entries only? Possible options are renaming the Notes header or put a warning comment in the article. But I doubt that will work as these edits seem to be edits of people who just keep scrolling down a page to add a note to the end of the article (i.e. I doubt they read the entire article first).
Or is there a way to prevent the edit section link from appearing next to this particular header? --Timenn 18:52, 18 August 2007 (EDT)

I changed the "Notes" header to not really be a header any more. It seemed to be the easiest way to prevent editors from continuing to add quest-related notes to this page. Now it's just time to cross our fingers and see what happens ;) --NepheleTalk 03:12, 17 September 2007 (EDT)
Sorry, I should have replied earlier. It seems like your solution worked, no more senseless edits. Crossing fingers wasn't even necessary! --Timenn 09:39, 11 October 2007 (EDT)

Include internal quest name?[edit]

This will probably require a mass-edit, but why don't we have a param for the internal quest name, so the comments about "setstage" can include it? --70.17.59.73 19:31, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

That's a good idea but with Nephele's updated to the UESP code it might be unnecessary. I'll try to get #save/#load working at some point, which would mean a new param (and the necessary edits) aren't necessary. –rpehTCE 19:23, 1 August 2009 (UTC)
Now done. Wow - these new functions are going to be really helpful! –rpehTCE 13:07, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
