Sanvran Aran

Sanvran Aran is a Dark Elf commoner who can be found on the road northeast of Firewatch, in Dagon Urul. He is a pilgrim who was trying to get to Necrom, but his ship was sunk by reavers. He will ask for some spare change.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He wields a wooden staff.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spell: Fire Bite.

Dialogue

• Greetings:

"Could you spare a few coins for a weary traveler? My name is %Name. I'm just a pilgrim. My ship to Necrom was waylaid by reavers while crossing Nolubal Bay, and I was wrecked and left for dead with only my walking stick and the clothes on my back."

• Here you are.:

"Oh thank you, kind %PCClass. It's the smallest acts of kindness that bring the blessings of the Three, you know." (Disposition up by 50, and removed 5 gold from your inventory)

• No.:

"I suppose I should have expected as much. These godless lands burn with contempt for the weak, and I grow weaker every hour. Go, then. May your travels fare better than mine." (Disposition down by 20)

"If I'm lucky, I'll make it south before too long."

Bugs

• If you decide to give him some gold, he will say "If I'm lucky, I'll make it south before too long.", instead of his normal response. This seems to be due to a lack of filtering for that particular line. You get to keep your gold, however.
