Mok gro-Uulnag, a spearman of the Imperial Legion

Mok gro-Uulnag is an Orc warrior, and a Spearman of the Imperial Legion. As a worshipper of Malacath, he and his companion, Yaga gra-Lamok, have taken a diversion to the shrine of Hadrumnibibi, much to the consternation of the Dunmer in nearby Dondril, who fear that cultists have set up shop. A resident witchhunter in that settlement, Galoro Sevlor, will ask you to deal with these individuals.

As with Yaga gra-Lamok, Mok can be found at the southwestern most tip of the ruins, near the statue.

"I'm Mok gro-Uulnag, Spearman in the Imperial Legion. I joined the Legion out west, but got shipped east to serve here in Morrowind. My friend Yaga gra-Lamok and I just completed a mission apprehending smugglers along the Thirr. We're returning north to report to our superiors in Old Ebonheart. When we heard that there was a shrine to Lord Malacath nearby, we decided to make a slight detour to pay our respects."
