Notes

• Prior to the 22.11 Embers of Empire release, Herdonia was the commander of the Imperial Legion in Firewatch - a position now occupied by Thromil Rufus.
• Herdonia was also for some period the only NPC on the mainland of Morrowind who was marked as essential (although she no longer has this status).
