Duchess Perulia Jandacia (pre 22.11 release)

Duchess Perulia Jandacia is an Imperial noble, Duchess of Firewatch, and ruler of the District of Telvannis, Morrowind. Of Colovian origin, Perulia was appointed to this lofty position thirty years ago, and has made the Ember Keep her family fortress. She is accompanied by her daughter, Frascia Jandacia and son, Herconius Jandacia. According to the citizenry of Firewatch, Perulia does not often leave the castle. She seems also to make heavy use of the Order of Firewatch as her household guards, perhaps distrusting the corrupt Dustmoth Legion that 'guard' the city itself.

She is advised by Savri Hlervu, guarded by the Lord Commander of the Order of Firewatch, Senillos Tulnus, and has employed the services of the court mage Selura, who once worked similarly for the previous duchess, Bredami Vaynth. Her steward is the Imperial, Pontius Golius.

Duchess Perulia's court is busy with visitors at the time of your arrival. House Telvanni have sent their envoys, as have the trading charters of the region - the East Empire and Zafirbel Bay Companys. In addition, a Mission from Cathonoquey has been allowed to establish itself within the keep. Beyond her diplomatic duties, Perulia appears to enjoy the comforts of home, and has her gardener Edwinn Moliere nurture precious Colovian flora in her ducal chambers. This 'hobby' proves of some use during the Mages Guild quest, Lady's Mantle.
