Barra'tho

Barra'tho is an Ohmes-raht Khajiit savant and a Historian of the Imperial Archaeological Society in Helnim. He is the individual with responsibility for all excavations in the Telvannis District, and appears in two quests concerning illicit Dwemer, or seemingly-Dwemer, material. He begins one such, titled It Belongs in a Museum, while his expertise on forgeries may optionally be called in during the events of the East Empire Company quest Academic Contraband.
