Too Many Sections[edit]

Is a section for each variant of Stormcloak Soldier really necessary? Sk8r2000 20:37, 26 November 2011 (UTC)

This is the way we've done it in Oblivion as well. There are often minor differences, and documenting them can actually make the page look more cluttered and difficult to understand than separating each one into its own section. Robin Hoodtalk 02:24, 23 December 2011 (UTC)

Bug?[edit]

Giving the soldiers items doesn't seem to have any benefit; They never seem to equip the items I give them. — Unsigned comment by 75.34.55.137 (talk) at 23:41 on 25 January 2012‎

They equip weapons you give them, but not armor.64.135.48.170 18:32, 7 May 2013 (GMT)

Decapitation/Stormcloak Helmet Glitch[edit]

Every time I get a death blow on a Stormcloak Soldier of any type that decapitates them, they aren't actually beheaded. it seems that their helmet stays in place, but a small disc of flesh falls to the floor -- I'm assuming this is supposed to be their helmet, as the helmet should come off too, but it seems their head is invisible when in a helmet. This is on Xbox, does this happen on other consoles? It's probably also worth noting that this happens with 1 and 2 handed weapons, and in beast form. If anybody could mention this in a more appropriate place it would be great. Also this happens with other NPCs that wear these helmets. AcE x EPiiCzZ 12:43, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

Weird bug in Solitude[edit]

So for some reason, I'm running across two groups of Stormcloaks in Solitude (this is after Liberation of Skyrim). One group are called Stormcloak Guards, which act as normal guards. The other group is made up of people called Stormcloak Soldiers, the same ones that were listening to Ulfric's speech after the death of Tullius. If I acquire any bounty in Haafingar, both groups have the standard arrest dialogue, but trying to pay a bounty to the ones called Stormcloak Soldier takes all of my stolen items, and doesn't put it in any accessible Evidence Chest, and also doesn't remove the bounty. Hostility[edit]

Soldiers in all camps and also those that helps during attacks on various forts are all aggressive towards my one particular follower (it is custom, but created from in-game NPC). The camps soldiers tell this follower to get out and then attacks. The soldiers from ambush groups attack the follower after they together successfully won the fort. Of course, this follower already killed some of them, but so did I and nobody tries to attack me. Maybe it is related to some faction? But this NPC had no factions at all neither before nor after I edited it to become available as a follower. Also, city guards (even Stormcloacks in the cities) are not hostile. After I've added the follower to Sons of Skyrim faction (Form ID 0002BF9B) the problem was solved, but I sill can't understand what caused this.178.236.241.33 16:29, 20 March 2016 (UTC)
