In addition to appearing as a pirate during the Kill Safia Radiant AI mission, she has also spawned in Darkwater Pass as a kidnapped citizen of Solitude during a Companions Rescue Mission.

Eris never showed up on PS3

In all my years in Skyrim (PS3) I have never met this NPC. I met her for the first time at the Winking Skeever when I switched to XBox One. It could be a bug that was addressed by USSEP.
