Hand Kydren Indobar is a Dark Elf member of the Tribunal Temple.

He can be recruited as a follower if you choose to join the Tribunal Temple. There are two different ways to earn his loyalty as a follower, depending on which dialogue option you use with the Matriarch. If you defeat Indobar and three other warriors in combat, he can be asked to follow you immediately after. If you Persuade the matriarch instead, Indobar will only become a follower after completing Ashen Heart.
