Duadeen is a mercenary lord who was working with S'rathra on a job in Wayrest. He is only mentioned in the introduction cutscene in an exchange between S'rathra and Cyrus. Cyrus says he plans to leave with Duadeen's men in an hour, but S'rathra takes him off the job due to his sister Iszara's disappearance.

S'rathra describes Duadeen's men as "Ruffians in the night, heavy with Imperial coin, after some poor farmer who owes the kingdom his wife." and that the job is "a family affair". He allows Cyrus to keep Duadeen's retainer to pay for the price of passage to Stros M'Kai.

He is shown wearing a brown, almost orange, shirt, with a green scarf, dark brown pants, and gold wristbands. He has distinctive facial features: slightly pointed ears, a bald head except for a ponytail, and long eyebrows and whiskers.

Proving a point with blood

In The Origin of Cyrus!, a confrontation is shown between Cyrus and Duadeen as Cyrus leaves the tavern in Wayrest after the game's cutscene:

Man: "'Ey, it's the Redguard--!

"Where're you goin'? We leave soon."

Cyrus: "Tell your lord I respectfully decline his offer."

Duadeen: "Tell him yourself."

Cyrus: "Duadeen.

"I must away elsewhere it seems...."

Duadeen: "I have a signature somewhere--

"-- that says otherwise."

Cyrus: "My sister's gone missing."

Man: "Is that all..!?"

Duadeen: "Too open an excuse, and unlikely.

"Thugs musn't [sic] have ties to anything but ink and the glimmer of gold.

"You forget the general mystery of dangerous men.

"A sister's so domestic."

Man: "Aye.

"Mercenaries don't have families."

Cyrus: "Then you won't be missed."

(Cyrus kills the man, and his sabre is dripping with blood.)

Cyrus: "I'm ready to kill you all."

Duadeen: "That would be redundant.

"Men, let him through.

"Don't come back to High Rock, Cyrus."
