Disa Srethuun

Disa Srethuun is a Wood Elf Pauper and a member of the Srethuun Tribe living in Anvil's Little Arenthia. She can be found walking the streets near the Five Fathoms Flophouse. During The Naked 'Nard, she will recount how she met Andren Baldris - at that point very naked and blackout drunk. Andren's night began seeking "Bosmer broads", and Disa appears to have marked the end of his journey - although by her description, he wasn't exactly intelligible:

"When he saw me, he... squealed, something like 'room and board', or 'bouncing ball'. He was very drunk. Then he dropped to one knee and held out the ring. I just laughed. That made him mad, and he threw it away, as hard as he could. I think I heard it plop into that well over there."

The Baldris Signet Ring mentioned here is the last item needed to complete the Naked Nard quest.
