Anandaya

Anandaya is a High Elf Sailor and the aide to Navarch Tiledorus Cadmerius. She can be found in the Navarch's Tower, and has a role to play in the quest Stolen Valor - a Thieves Guild prank where Anandaya is lured into rewarding you for the "selfless" return of an Imperial Navy helmet that you had in fact nicked from a serving officer.
