My Daggerfall Covenant toon finished the main quest but did not find Hinzurr outside the city gates nor at the ships in Daggerfall. Can anyone else confirm that if you finished the main quest, Hinzurr does not even appear and you have to go to Kasura directly? — Unsigned comment by Grail Quest (talk • contribs) at 00:51 on 7 June 2020‎
