Skills benefiting

Channeled skills that deal any type of magic damage or heal based on spell damage (which will benefit from the spell damage increase):

• Puncturing Strikes (Aedric Spear) and its magicka morph, Puncturing Sweep
• Radiant Destruction (Dawn's Wrath) and its morphs
• Rite of Passage (Restoring Light) and its morphs
• Drain Essence (Vampire), though this will change with Greymoor, I believe

And of course it also affects skills that involve spell damage with a cast time but that's way more straightforward than which counts as a channeled ability.
