Walks-With-Rushes is an Argonian who can be found in various locations in Shadowfen with Sanadarin. He and his companion will be arguing over lighting their campfire. If you light it for them, both of them will be grateful and you will be granted a small amount of XP and a status effect called "Firelight" for 30 minutes, which increases your maximum Stamina by 5%.

Dialogue

You can hear him arguing with Sanadarin about who will light their campfire:

Walks-With-Rushes: "Light it, then! Or are you afraid to singe your furry tail!"

Sanadarin: "This one's furry tail caught dinner, or have you forgotten? It is you who wanted to cook the meat!"

Lighting their fire after someone else already has:

Walks-With-Rushes: "Welcome, friend! You are welcome to join us by the fire."
