As you approach to free him:

Turath Rethandus: "Bevene, is that you?"

When you free him:

Turath Rethandus: "By Vehk, Bevene really found someone to help. Thank you, stranger."

Speaking to him before you speak to Adrahawn:

"Please, my wife risked her life to get us help. If there's any chance you can save Bevene, I beg you."

After the creeper is destroyed, he will be outside with the rest of the freed captives regardless of your decision. However, his reaction will differ depending on your choice.

If you chose to save Bevene with the creeper seeds, she will walk out of the Silent Halls with Adrahawn to meet the rest of the freed prisoners, and Turath will be relieved to see her:

Bevene Rethandus: "Whew, that salve's like Red Mountain in my veins. I—I've got it from here."
Adrahawn: "Wish I could have saved some for my own head. Uh, I'm just going to have a sit down over here."
Turath Rethandus: "Bevene! Where have you been? We thought you'd be waiting for us, but …!"
Bevene Rethandus: "I didn't think I'd see either of you again. I almost didn't. We have that little Wood Elf and his friend for that."

If you chose to let Beven die, when you exit the dungeon, Adrahawn will have to inform Turath of his wife's death:

Turath Rethandus: "Where—where are the others? The ones who sent you? Was there a Dunmer woman among them?"
Adrahawn: "I—uh … I tried to save her, but her wounds … I couldn't. I'm sorry.
Turath Rethandus: "No … Bevene ….

You can speak to him before you speak to Adrahawn.

If Bevene lived, he recounts how he felt helpless before you arrived to save the day:

"I feared the worst when no one was here waiting for us. There were almost half a dozen that tried to escape. I prayed that they'd make it to freedom. I prayed and prayed. The Three must have heard us, even out here."

If Beven died, he is pines for her loss:

"I should have gone with her. She didn't want to risk it. She told me to look after our son until help came.
Oh, Bevene, I did that much …! I'm sorry."
Tell me about your wife.
"She's the reason any of us survived past the first few days here. She kept us sane. Devised a plan to escape. She gave us the hope we needed. She was like Mother Morrowind herself.
I wish I'd been there for her."
Why did some of you stay behind?
"You saw how they kept us. Isolated. There were few opportunities to attempt an escape. The best we could hope for was someone getting away to call for help. I knew it was dangerous, but I believed she'd come back to us. Foolish."

After the quest, if you chose to save Bevene, he will thank you once more:

"Thanks again for what you did for my family, sera.
We all survived this trial because of you, and somehow Bevene seems healthier than ever! Whatever medicine that little Wood Elf made must have been miraculous."

After the quest, if you did not save Bevene, he will be concerned about his son:

"I've never seen Galos like this before.
Bevene always had him laughing, smiling. Now he's filled with such hatred. We're going home to bury her, I hope that will help bring peace to what's left of my family."
Tell me about your wife. (repeats earlier dialogue)

He and the rest of his family as well as Ardahawn will relocate back to Gideon. They will be near the stables next to Shulbaza's home.
