The Small Bone Dragon Construct was available in the Crown Store for 1,000 and alongside the Fang Lair Courser as part of the Dragon Bones Collector's Bundle for 4,000 . It was released in the Crown Store separately sometime after the bundle came out. Its default name is "Rattlewing".
