- Defeat the Count of Cataclysms hidden in the Oblivion Portals.
The achievement is obtained by defeating the Ruinach Count of Cataclysms while in an Atoll of Immolation instance.
The battle occurs in the Havocrel's Tower hall. To summon the Count, you will need to activate four dormant Fire Behemoths in the corners of the hall by approaching each of them in quick succession, and defeat them. The Count himself will then appear in front of the stairs.
