- Defeat the flesh atronach at Razak's Wheel.
The Razak's Wheel Group Event takes place in the eastern central chamber in Razak's Wheel. You'll see a Flesh Atronach (called the Flesh Abomination) on an altar being tormented by several Dwarven Spheres. Kill them, and an Imperial Master Necromancer will appear, thank you for taking care of the interfering constructs, then revive the Abomination and they will both attack you. Kill them both for the achievement and Skill Point.
