Paints-with-Dreams is an Argonian farmer found in Mournhold, between the city's southwest fountain and the Mages Guild. He shares a dialogue pool with Sirili Denelu. Rogas Bitterblade occasionally walks over to him to have a little chat.

Dialogue

He feels Mournhold is much different place than before:

"I don't remember the last time things were this hectic."

"Can you believe we have to register to enter the city?"

"Did you see the line for the registrar? It'll be hours before I get to see him."

"Sure, the crowds are a bit large, but I wonder what really has the Ordinators on edge?"

"Have you heard? Maulborn spies have infiltrated the city!"

He can be heard having a conversation with Rogas over the changes in Mournhold rules:

Rogas Bitterblade: "I don't remember the last time things were this hectic."

Paints-with-Dreams: "Can you believe we have to register to enter the city?"

Rogas Bitterblade: "I heard the Maulborn have spies in the city. Maybe that's what all the fuss is about."
