Northpoint Guards were Breton guards that patrolled Northpoint and the Doomcrag until they were replaced by Covenant Guards.

If you completed Puzzle of the Pass, and revisit the first place where Skordo was stationed in the Shrouded Pass. There's an Orc Northpoint Guard. However this is likely a placeholder for Skordo.

If you speak to the Orc Northpoint Guard:

"Are the nobles still bickering? Or discussing strategy, as they like to say? Gives me a headache.
I needed to do something, so I decided to look around in here. Seems to be something up ahead, past the angry skeletons."
