Mercenaries are outlaws who can be found guarding the doors leading into the estate. A Redguard mercenary guards the northeastern door, a Breton mercenary guards the eastern door, and an Imperial mercenary guards the southwestern door.

Prior to starting Pursuing the Shard:

Once the quest is started, they all will say the same thing.

"Count Hosni is in residence, but no one gets into the party without an invitation."

I have an invitation.

"Let me see. Ah, this is a platinum-level invite. The count says you get to come and go as you please.
That's more leeway than he usually gives his guests these days."

Where can I find Count Hosni? / Where can I find Count at-Tura?

"He's in the manor with his betrothed, Lady Adima.
Tonight's festivities have already resulted in four deaths. Better hurry."

Speak to him again before entering and he'll say:

After Saving Hosni is complete, they each say something.
