Detailed Walkthrough

Along the road directly west of Breakneck Cave, you may come across a Bosmer named Eneriell. She will explain that it was necessary for her and her sister to flee the town of Pell's Gate, just south of the Imperial City, due to the ongoing conflict. You are tasked with informing her sister that she is still alive and on her way to the agreed upon meeting place of Vlastarus.

Travel to Vlastarus and find Thiirril near the center of town, enjoying a cup of water from the well. She will be delighted to hear the good news, and will reward you for delivering it to her.
