Flarion is an Iron Atronach that serves as one of five random initial bosses on the outer ring of the Atoll of Immolation public dungeon.

Flarion appears to have the same abilities as regular Iron Atronachs, albeit renamed and putting out higher damage:

Fireballs shoot out from its chest and shoot do the ground in fire damage AoE circles
