You'll be able to board the Calamity when you retrieve Gracian Salvitto's invitation from the Salvitto Estate. Gulfreida's been giving Eveli a hard time, and you need to speak with her.

"And who might you be? This vessel's been hired for a private affair."

"Are you now? And where's your invitation?"
