Farmers are Nords found during a random encounter in Eastmarch, where they're being attacked by three Stormfist soldiers. When you get close, they'll call out for help. The Farmer will vanish after you assist them.

The farmer will call for help before cowering.
- Farmer: "The Orcthane's soldiers! There are too many of them! Someone, help!"
