Captain Kline is a skeleton knight who can be found at the ruins of Piukanda. A set of orders located nearby reveals that Captain Kline was sent to Piukanda by General Khamagash, suggesting that the captain used to be a member of the Daggerfall Covenant before he was killed and raised.
