Avo Elarven

Avo Elarven is a Dark Elf who can be found just outside of Suran. He'll be on the side of the road, out of breath after running from bandits. He asks you to help his father, Goval.

Quest-Related Events

As you make your way into the city (either from the north or south), you'll come across a winded Dunmer:

"Please, help. You must help!"

What's happened?

"Bandits … they attacked my father's wagon on the road to Suran. They're stealing everything we own!
My father's a proud mer … they may kill him! You have to help us!"

Stay here. I'll save your father.

Speaking with him again:

"Thank you! Please hurry. I'll follow … as soon as I catch my breath."

Once you've gone to rescue his father and met The Scarlet Judge, Avo will have caught up:

"I'm certain the Scarlet Judge can handle things from here. Please, accept our gratitude."

Dialogue

After completing the quest, he and his father can be found at the bottom of the stairs, near the Menaldinion's Clinic:

"Father and I wouldn't have our wagon, our belongings, or possibly even our lives without the help of you and the Scarlet Judge. Thank you. We'll never forget what you did for us."

If you are wearing the Scarlet Judge costume, he will say:

"And a blessed day to you, Scarlet Judge."

"You honor us, Scarlet Judge. Be safe!"

"I fear no evil while the Scarlet Judge walks our streets."
