If you haven't started the quest, you will find her trapped by vines. If she is the first miner to be rescued, she will be panicking and will reveal her other mining colleagues that need to be rescued:

"I thought I was dead. Please, free me."

If she's not the first miner to be rescued:

"Free me from these cursed vines!"

Once freed:

Adana: "I heard the shamans talk of "Sinmur," some ancient creature, evil I'd guess."

Speaking to her outside the mine:

"I'll be honest. I thought I was dead. Thank you, for all you've done."
