Accalia

"Captain" Accalia is an Imperial nullifier and the leader of the Sphinxmoth Bandits.

He was involved in a raid on a Temple of Mara and killed many priests there. He is unhappy that some loot has gone missing, and has left a note warning of dire consequences if loot from this raid goes missing.

He starts his routine in the center of the room. He then walks to the northeast corner, then returns to the center. He then walks over to the southwest corner, then walks back to the center, and restarts his routine.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Uppercut

A melee attack that causes moderate physical damage and knock back if it connects. This attack can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.

Ice Cage

The Nullifier summons a ring of frost around itself that does moderate frost damage over time to all players in the red circle.

Negate Magic

The Nullifier creates a globe of magic suppression for 10 seconds, removing and preventing all player area of effect abilities from occurring in the area. Players within the globe will be silenced. Silence prevents players from using any ability costing Health, Magicka, Ultimate or have no cost at all as long as they are in the affected area.

As he walks to the center of the room, he can say:

Accalia: "The Stonefire Cult should have been here by now. Where are they?"

Accalia: "The men are going to get restless if they don't get paid soon."

Accalia: "Curse those cultists. I should never have made this deal."

Accalia: "Balras said he would be here by now…"

He occasionally walks over to the bandits in the southwest corner of the room and points at them.

Accalia: "I want everyone ready. Just in case."

Accalia: "Balras should have been here by now."

Accalia: "Don't let your guard down."

Accalia: "Did you hear something?"
