I've never heard of the councilor's hood, but is there any way to get it? Even pickpocketing? --WerdnanoslenTalk 09:36, 15 April 2007 (EDT)

Not on the Xbox. The item is located in a chest that's outside the building's geometry and thus inaccessible. If you are on the PC, there are options, listed here (refers to the Spectre Ring but applies the same). --Deathbane27 09:52, 15 April 2007 (EDT)
Yeah i have the Xbox version :P. Thanks for getting back so quickly, though :D. --WerdnanoslenTalk 09:56, 15 April 2007 (EDT)

Get Skjorta under control...[edit]

One of the Bruma Guards says something along the lines of "someone needs to get skjorta under control, etc" While the rest of the town is asleep about 1 am she is running around for some reason. Is this ever explained?

Kind of. There are two lines that people might use:
  • Skjorta is a nuisance. She was running around town, drunk and naked again.
  • Someone needs to get Skjorta under control. You'd think Olfand would be the one to do it.
Skjorja may run around town between 10pm and midnight, and again from midnight to 2am (50% chance in each case). I imagine it's the alcohol. It has no effect beyond adding a little background though. –RpehTCE 05:30, 13 May 2008 (EDT)

Pickpocketing[edit]

Doesn't Skjorta pickpocket once in a while in Olav's Tap and Tack? I saw her in sneak mode there once. Another time, she made Gromm angry for some reason, so he chased her out of the pub, where she was killed by a guard. For some reason Gromm then attacked the guards, so they all teamed up against him and eventually killed him, too. Ongar the World-Weary 08:44, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

Skortja's responsibility is 50, so should not pickpocket stuff under normal circumstances, as that only occurs when an NPC's responsibility is 30 or lower. Gromm's hostile behavior is probably caused by some other factor. Check his page and his talk page. Talk Wolok gro-Barok Contributions 13:35, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

Deleted Notes[edit]

  • Her name means "the shirt" in Norwegian and Swedish.
  • Skjorta shares her name with a mountain located in Norway.

Just moving the Notes section from the article to this appropriate loaction; do we really need all these translations to scandinavian - and the mentioning of the norwegian mountain? I don't think so, but feel free to discuss. --Krusty 16:34, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

The note about the mountain is redundant, but I find the fact the poor girl is named The Shirt pretty interesting, seeing how she sells clothing. :) It's a deliberate play with words on Bethesda's part. Weroj 00:54, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
I agree with Krusty. Real-world translations do not help in an article. However, these are some interesting facts. I'm going to move those to my sandbox as a random note. Kalis Agea 01:16, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
