Da'Kharris is a Khajiit thief who lives in the Arena. You first meet him as a target during the quest Cat Hunt, but if you choose to spare him, you get several more quests.

He wears a shirt with suspenders, belted braies, and no shoes, and is armed with a chitin dagger. He carries a healing potion (superior), two pieces of beef, and three apples.
