Pretty much every quest from Lalatia Varian in the Imperial Cult results in such an encounter. bug works on GOTY

The page states that the bug to repeatedly give the redguard the scroll does not work on GOTY, however I have GOTY and i just did it, so the page might be wrong, however i will not change it wwithout other confirmation.
