Delete or improve?[edit]

Right now this page is nothing but a straight transclude of Lore:Nerevarine Cult. Do people think this should be deleted? Or should Morrowind-specific stuff be added to it? Either way, it doesn't make sense to have the article in two places... --TheRealLurlock Talk 14:15, 6 March 2007 (EST)

I think you souldn't delete this article, but improve it, since the Nerevarine Cult plays a central role in the Main Quest plot. --DrPhoton 03:32, 7 March 2007 (EST)

On the factions page, under Ashlanders it lists Nerevarine as one as well. I know that the player only joins the uber-faction "Ashlanders". And the Ashlanders are part of their sub-faction, depending on in which camp they live. But who is a member of the Nerevarine cult? I can't remember finding anything about this in the editor. What is the purpose, what are its effects in the game? -Meisterdieb 17:50, 30 December 2008 (EST)

It only exists in dialogue in the game - there's no actual CS faction called the Nerevarine Cult. –RpehTCE 00:22, 31 December 2008 (EST)
What about this Faction? Lukish_ Tlk Cnt 01:40, 31 December 2008 (EST)
Yeah that's wrong. That faction is simply for the player when they become the Nerevarine - not for the cult. I'm cleaning that up now. –RpehTCE 03:34, 31 December 2008 (EST)
One more thing: why are there 2 ranks in this Nerevarine faction? One should have been enough. Since the faction isn't "active", gaining a rank isn't of any use; furthermore there doesn't seem to be any script or game event that raises the level - not that the player would be able to notice anyway. -Meisterdieb 15:16, 29 January 2009 (EST)
That's just one of those mysteries we'll probably never know the answer to. It's possible they intended one rank to happen when you're first told you're the Nerevarine, and another after completing the Main Quest, but I'm just guessing at this point. No way to know without asking the people responsible, who have probably long since forgotten by now. --TheRealLurlock Talk 18:05, 29 January 2009 (EST)
