Why is he considered part of Varro's quest if he isnt a target? Just because he's in the same building doesnt mean he's part of the quest.BenScoHolm 03:37, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
Common Shirt[edit]
It could be mentioned that the common shirt he wears is the exact kind needed for the Shirt and Vest for Harvest's End quest for the Imperial cult. If you taunt and kill him for that (as you have done to everybody else in the room) you can also take his Brandy and do two consecutive quests in one go.
