Khefrem's Scope

How much of Khefrem is there? What I'm thinking is that Khefrem consists of Hew's Bane and the area around the cities of Gilane and Hegathe. This is just based on some logic. Since Hew's Bane is called Khefrem's Boot, I figure everything north would be Khefrem and it wouldn't make sense if Khefrem continued eastward near Taneth, leaving Hegathe with a Gold Coast sized area. --Vincentius1 (talk) 03:20, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

The book The Horse-Folk of Silverhoof hints that Gilane is in Khefrem, but only under the assumption that Doctor al-Gilane lives in the city (which does not have to be the case).
