Beyond Skyrim:Cyrodiil/Monsters

Monsters (also known as mythical creatures) are creatures with various magical abilities, ranging from magical attacks to various magical resistances. Cyrodiil is inhabited by some of the same monsters as Skyrim, including frost trolls, frostbite spiders, ice wraiths and spriggans. However, it also boasts minotaurs and its own species of trolls. In common with other provinces of Tamriel, it is also home to ogres and goblins.

Minotaur

Minotaurs are large, aggressive, and powerful humanoids with the head and legs of a bull, but the torso of a human. They can be found in the forests of Cyrodiil, as well as in camps they have made for themselves. Regular minotaurs are reddish in coloring and are armed with large axes, while their lords are grey, with longer horns and carrying battleaxes.

Troll

Cyrodiil's trolls are identical in stats and abilities to their northern cousins but vary in appearance, being much greener in coloring to Skyrim's red. They are found both in the wilderness and in caves. The province also hosts a separate species of hardier river trolls, found mostly near sources of water and distinguished by their blue coloring, and the boss-level savage trolls. Skyrim frost trolls are also found in mountainous areas.

Two unique trolls can be encountered: Hufsa, a savage frost troll in the Bruma Caverns, and the Monstrous Troll, a regular savage troll in The Beast's Maw.
