Vorsa the Soothsayer sits in her dimly lit home in Bravil telling people their fortunes.

Vorsa the Soothsayer is an old Dark Elf witch who makes her living crafting and selling potions and charms, as well as telling fortunes.

She dresses simply, in a burlap shirt and belted braies (with no shoes), and carries a mortar and pestle, a calcinator, the key to her shop, an apple, and a wedge of cheese.

Vorsa gets up at 5am every day and spends an hour gathering up a few items before she leaves the house for a walk around town. At 9am, she goes to The Gallows Cookhouse for four hours to eat, chat with Awei, and pick up ingredients, then she heads back to her house to do some alchemy at her workbench. She remains there for the afternoon, then sits down to take a three-hour break at 6pm. At 9pm, she cleans up for an hour, then goes to bed.

Vorsa's house is located on the southern island, on the third level, across a bridge from Luciana Galena's house. It is rather small, but cozy; the downstairs is divided into a work area with a small table and bench where she does her work; herbs, ingredients, alchemical items, sacks, pots, barrels crowd the area, hanging from the rafters, stacked on shelves, and tucked under the bench. A large closet and hanging blanket serve as a divider between this area and her dining nook. A set of stairs leads up to a loft which contains her bed and a few crates for storage.

The first time you meet, she'll say, "Ahh, so you've finally arrived..." If you express surprise, she adds: "Oh yes, I could sense your aura from miles away. You have one of the most powerful auras I have ever felt... You are destined to do many, many great things..." If you inquire further, she elaborates (rather unhelpfully): "Hmmm... your aura is bright, but it is also unclear... Your destiny is still unwritten... The path you take from here is entirely up to you... Whether you will walk the path of light, or the alleyway of darkness, is unknown... You are not guided by fate, instead, fate is guided by you..." If you ask what that's supposed to mean, she merely says: "That is up to you to discover."
