Tarquins

Tarquins is an Imperial agent who works at the Harbour Master's office in Leyawiin.

Tarquins gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast, then goes for a brief walk before work. He sits down in the office at 9am and works until 7pm, when he goes to The Drunken Donkey to have some mead. He returns to his quarters at 11pm and goes straight to bed.

He wears a green velvet doublet, green silk pants, and green velvet shoes, and is armed with a silver mace; he carries a gypsy tart, a copy of Guide to Leyawiin, three bottles of Black Mountain Mead, some random food and drink, and a moderate amount of gold.

Tarquins lives in the employee quarters upstairs. He has a small room with a double bed, chest of drawers, armoire, and chest.
