Rufus

Rufus is an Imperial rogue who lives in Anvil with his mother Orla.

Rufus gets up at 8am every day and spends the morning drinking wine. At noon, he eats lunch, then goes out for the afternoon to wander around town. He stops in at The Flowing Bowl for dinner at 6pm, then goes for a stroll around the main gate; after a couple hours, he becomes too tired to walk and sits down to drink some more before going home to collapse into his bed at midnight.

He wears a forester's shirt and leather gauntlets, greaves, and boots, and is armed with a fine iron dagger. He carries a copy of Fundaments of Alchemy, a gold nugget, two slices of bread, some aquavit, a house key, and a small amount of gold.

The house where they live is located in the western part of Anvil, near the south wall. The front door opens into an entryway with a fireplace on one wall and a chest of drawers in the corner; a set of stairs here leads to the upper floor, which has Orla's bedroom. A doorway to the right opens into a second, larger room; this one is divided into a dining area (table, chairs, and shelves/cupboards) and a Rufus' living space (single bed, cupboard, shelves, and a chest).
