Luciana

Luciana is an Imperial publican who works at Kraken's Spa, in the Tea Room, a lounge where people can sit and drink alcohol or warm beverages.

She rises at 6am every morning and heads to the Tea Room to set up for the day. She eats breakfast at 8am, then opens for business. She serves her customers until 8pm, when she knocks off to eat dinner for two hours. After that, she spends another two hours cleaning up before she goes to bed at midnight.

Luciana wears a belted vest, coarse linens, and clogs, and carries a loaf of bread and a small amount of gold.

She has a bed in the Spa's private quarters, in a room she shares with Hald Warm-Hands.

When you talk to her, she'll greet you politely: "Hello Mi' lord (or Mi' lady), can I offer you something to drink? Mead? Tea, perhaps?" She has nothing else to say.
