Kirel Velvin

Kirel Velvin is an Imperial guard who lives in the Dibella Apartments. As an Imperial Legion Watch Captain, he is in charge of the guards who patrol the Market District.

He rises at 6am every morning and goes to the north watch tower in the Market District to eat breakast for two hours with his men. On weekdays, he then leaves to patrol the market until noon, goes to Montfort's Bakery for a two-hour lunch, then returns to his apartment for the rest of the day. On the weekends, he remains at home all day, though he attends services at The Temple of the One on Sundas from 8pm to midnight. On the first of every month, regardless of the day, he'll accompany Adamus Phillida on a tour of the Prison District from 2pm to 6pm.

Kirel wears a set of palace guard armor while on duty, and is armed with a silver longsword; off-duty, he has a set of middle-class clothing. He carries some eel meat, a large amount of gold, a Watch Key, and the key to his apartment.

Kirel's apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. He has few furnishings, though they are upper-class - a bed, armoire, large desk, chair, and stool.

Aside from the usual rumors, Kirel has nothing to say.
