Better Cities:Green Emperor Way

Green Emperor Way, in the inner section of the Imperial City, is decorated with fountains, statues, and a small park in the southern half of the district full of plants, as well as many tombstones and monuments. The northern half of the district houses the richest citizens of the Imperial City, while in the very center is the Imperial Palace, which was built from the Ayleid structure known as White Gold Tower.
