Gindle Morton is a Dark Elf who ostensibly works in the Harbourside Southern Warehouse; in reality, however, he's a fence who uses the place to move stolen goods.
Being a night person, Gindle rises at 10am every morning and goes about his business for a few hours before going to the Black Flag Tavern at 1pm. He spends most of the day there, drinking and listening to the local news, before heading back to the warehouse at 1am to open for "business". He offers his services for three hours, then heads to bed at 4am.
Gindle wears a brown shirt, Greaves of Skill, and leather boots. He carries mutton and tomatoes to snack on, a Dagger of Sapping, 30 vials of skooma, 750 gold, and a key that opens both the warehouse door and his apartment door.
Gindle has a small apartment above the Harbourside Southern Warehouse. While the warehouse itself is packed with crates, boxes, barrels, and other containers in profusion, his room is rather sparse and neatly kept - it contains a bed, a cupboard for storage, a chest for his clothes, and a small table and chairs.
When you first meet him, Gindle will happily introduce himself: "Come to talk to me, have you? I am Gindle Morton, and I keep an eye on the southern warehouse on the docks of Anvil Bay. You're not one of my regular customers! No matter, gold is gold! So, what can I get you today?" If you ask him about skooma outside of his normal "business hours", he'll get angry: "Shhhh! Not here! Meet me at the southern-most warehouse around 3 a.m. We can talk business there." Otherwise, he'll happily sell you some. If you profess not to know what he's talking about, he'll get angry: "What? So you're not here for... If you're not a buyer, then get out of my face! Go on, get lost and go bother someone else! Some people..."
