Admiral Selian Maximus

Admiral Selian Maximus is an Imperial guard who lives in the Imperial City Arboretum. He's a bit of an alcoholic.

Selian gets up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast for two hours. On weekdays, he goes to work at the Admiralty; he takes a break at 1pm to sneak a beer or two, then resumes work at 3pm. At 7pm, he returns home to sit and read a book for a few hours until he goes to bed at 10pm. On weekends, he eats breakfast and goes to The Sword to drink for two hours, then comes home and spends the rest of the day drinking there.

The admiral wears a blue silk shirt and pants, and blue suede shoes, along with a gold sapphire ring, and is armed with a steel short sword. He carries two books - Guide to the Imperial City and Provinces of Tamriel, a blank sheet of parchment for taking notes, a ring of keys to his house, the Admiralty office, and various other Legion-specific locations, and has two apples, two blackberries, two pieces of boar meat, and four bottles of Tamika 399.

His house is located along the south wall of the Arboretum, right beside the exterior gate. The downstairs is used for entertaining guests; most of the single room is taken up by a banquet table that seats eight, and a few chairs and couches are placed against the walls for people to sit and relax. A door leads down to the basement, which is largely empty except for a few food cupboards and wine racks. The upper floor is one large bedroom, where Selian spends most of his time. A large bookcase crammed with books takes up most of one wall; an executive desk sits in one corner, and a smaller writing desk is tucked away in an alcove. A small dining table, where he takes his meals, occupies another corner.

Aside from rumors, Selian has nothing to say.
