- Join the Thieves Guild by completing quest "Partners in Crime" in Hew's Bane.
Welcome to the Thieves Guild is awarded for completing the Partners in Crime quest, which will gain you entry into the Thieves Guild. This will unlock the Thieves Guild skill line if you have not already done so. (You can also unlock the skill line the first time you loot a Thieves Trove, but this will not earn you the achievement.) This achievement will allow you to purchase a Reliquary Skull for your house. It costs 25,000 and can be purchased from Listens-to-Sea in Abah's Landing.
