Ogre Brutes are elite ogres encountered in the higher-up, open areas of the Maw of Lorkhaj. Diseased Ogre Brutes can be found near Baan Dar's Litter at the Anequina Aqueduct. They can also be found at the Forlorn Palisades in Apocrypha, as well as Scalecaller Peak.

The ogre's claws are enveloped in diseased mist. Whenever the ogre uses Shredding Strike, a small, projectile AoE is sent flying in front of the ogre. dealing moderate disease damage to whoever is hit.

Frost Pillar

The ogre's fists are encrusted in ice: it slams its claws into the ground to summon a frost pillar nearby. Standing on the area in which the pillar is summoned deals moderate frost damage, and if you're standing on the AoE when the pillar appears, you'll be knocked back.
