Receive the blessing of the Whitestrake at one of the Alliance Gates during the Midyear Mayhem.

Mayhem Connoisseur is awarded for completing the Midyear Mayhem quest for Predicant Maera, who can be found at Eastern Elsweyr Gate Southern High Rock Gate Northern Morrowind Gate in Cyrodiil during the Midyear Mayhem event. This quest is very simple, involving nothing but talking and activating the nearby Basin of the Gore Virtuous. You will receive a Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity, which can be immediately used to also earn the Echo of Pelinal's Fury achievement.

Earning this achievement will allow you to purchase a Banner of Mayhem (page) for your house. It costs 000050005,000  and can be purchased from Heralda Garscroft in Elden Root, Wayrest, Mournhold, or Vivec City.
