Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Create the required supplies.
  2. Deliver them to Selvari Abello.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

If you decide that the Imperial Charity Writ you hold is one you wish to complete, simply open the writ and read one of the following messages. It will differ slightly depending on what the contract requires:

Civilians displaced by the Three Banners War desperately need supplies as we resettle them throughout Tamriel.
Please make and deliver supplies
[using/made by CraftSkill] to Selvari Abello at the New Life Festival camp. We appreciate the help.
<Accept the contract.>

Creating the Supplies[edit]

Once you have accepted the contract, you can head to the relevant workstation if you know how to create the item, have materials and meet the skill requirements. If you need to learn how to make the furnishing item, the recipe will be available from the relevant vendor. Below is a list of possible items which will be requested as well as the requirements needed for making them.

If you find you that you lack particular Style Materials to create furniture, these can be bought from a Blacksmith, Carpenter, Clothier or Stylemaster. Otherwise you have a chance to loot them from container or from deconstructing gear using that style. You can also search the various Guild Kiosk for other missing materials if needed.

Delivering the Supplies[edit]

Once you have created the requested supplies, you can go to the New Life Tent in Eastmarch and speak with Selvari Abello.

Clothier Writ
"It's a small thing to own a clean shirt, a pair of trousers without holes, or a tent to keep off the rain. Though, can anyone really argue the boost it gives one's dignity?
Thank you. We will put this to good use. And take this for your efforts."
Woodworking Writ
"I used to think that our people were like tempered steel, but I think we're more like an old tree. Sometimes it grows too big and falls over in the wind.
Trees can always grow back, though, with stronger roots. Thank you, my friend."
Blacksmithing Writ
"A good sturdy knife is more than just a tool, it is a defense against the rigors of the world. And so is this beautifully crafted furnishing you provided.
Thank you for your contribution, and take this as your reward."
Provisioning Writ
I never understood why my grandmother was so afraid that we didn't have enough to eat. It only took one hungry night in the wilderness to finally see.
Thank you for this. I'll see that it gets to the right family. And take this. You earned it.

She will accept the supplies so they can be redistributed and will hand you your rewards.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
